Who We Are

Years ago, Paul and Mandy Schmekel dreamed of starting an event rental business to offer local rental services to those hosting a special event in the Methow Valley and beyond. Their goal is to make your event as special, beautiful, and simple as possible.

With everything you'll need to host your event, Methow Moments wants you to feel like you have help from friends who are committed to making your event all that you dream it will be.

Born and raised in the Methow Valley, Paul owns a local flooring business while Mandy, a Michigan native, works at Methow Valley Elementary School. Three months after their wedding in 2003, they found out they were pregnant with twin boys. Two years later, Jackson and Tristan were joined by another boy, Bradyn, and three years after that, their fourth son, Landon, was born. Add two dogs, Ryker and Wilson, into the mix and it's safe to say they have full hearts and a full house. Mandy says, "Boy, oh boy! Our boys are the loves of our lives and definitely keep us on our toes!"
